Programme timetables for Academic Year 2022/23 are now available
What is a Programme Timetable?
A programme timetable, also known as a course timetable will show all the teaching events scheduled over the year – meaning that if there are 5 groups showing on the timetable for one module, you will see all those groups on the programme timetable. You will not be expected to attend all these events, just those in your group.
How to view your Programme Timetable
You can view your timetable by heading to the ‘Prog Timetables’ tab at the top of the page, and selecting either of the below options:
- Calendar View: This shows a weekly breakdown of all the events on your programme - we recommend using this view for the majority of courses, as you may be in University at different times or in different rooms each week (Please note: Calendar View will default to the current week when you first visit the site)
- Semester View: This will allow you to see an overview of all the teaching on your course over the 13 week period.
Accessing your individual group information
Your group information can be found either on the online timetabling system or via Blackboard.
Click here to find out how to access personal timetable/group information for your programme of study.
If the guidance states that you should log on to view from this page, we are working with the schools to release these from the week commencing 9th January for new students.
Only just registered?
It can take up to 72 hours for your student record to update to enable you to access your timetable. While you are waiting, you can view your programme timetable by following the guidance above.
